Three steps, start to fridge

Most customers place their first order in about five minutes. Here is exactly what happens after you do.

    Choose your meals

    Browse the current menu and add whatever takes your fancy — a few meals to get through a busy week, or a full fortnight's worth. Filter by gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, low salt or diabetic friendly so you only see meals that suit you.

    No minimum order. Mix and match across beef, chicken, lamb, fish, pasta, vegetarian and soups.

    We cook it fresh

    Your order drops straight into the kitchen at Campbellfield, where our chefs cook it in small batches to the recipes our nutritionists designed. Nothing is made months ahead and pulled out of a freezer — it is cooked, chilled and packed for your delivery day.

    Every batch is cooked under our HACCP food-safety program and labelled with its batch code and use-by date.

    Delivered chilled to your door

    Meals travel chilled in insulated packaging and are left where you ask us to leave them. Unpack them into the fridge and you have real, home-style meals ready in minutes for the rest of the week.

    Free delivery on orders over $60. Under that, a flat delivery fee applies at checkout.

We run our own refrigerated delivery rounds across Melbourne's north on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Pick the day that suits you at checkout and we'll keep that day for your repeat orders. Orders need to be in by 2pm the day before.

How your meals arrive

  • Chilled, never frozen

    Packed cold into insulated delivery boxes straight from the kitchen's chiller and kept between 0°C and 4°C the whole way to you.

  • BPA-free trays

    Sealed, BPA-free and safe in both the oven and the microwave — no decanting into another dish, no washing up.

  • Labelled properly

    Meal name, dietary codes, full ingredient and allergen list, batch code and use-by date on every single tray.

  • Left where you want it

    Add delivery notes at checkout — front porch, side gate, or handed over if you'd rather see the driver.

Storing & reheating

Meals arrive ready to eat once heated. Always check the use-by date on the tray, and heat until the meal is steaming hot right through.

In the fridge

Refrigerate at 0–4°C as soon as your box arrives. Most meals keep for 4–6 days — the exact use-by date is on the label.

In the microwave

Pierce the film in a few places, heat on high for 3–4 minutes, stand for 1 minute, then peel back the film and stir before eating.

In the oven

Remove the film, cover loosely with foil and heat at 180°C for 20–25 minutes. Ideal for pies, bakes and anything you'd like crisp on top.

Please don't reheat a meal more than once, and don't eat a meal past its use-by date. If a delivery ever arrives warm or damaged, call us on 1300 728 762 and we'll replace it.

No lock-in contracts

Order once, order every week, or disappear for six months. No membership, no minimum spend and no cancellation fee — ever.

Pause or skip any time

Change the meals, move the delivery day, skip a week or pause the lot from your account — up to 2pm the day before delivery.

Weekly repeat orders

Set your box once and we'll cook it each week. As the 6-week menu rotates we'll flag any changes before we cook.

Questions we're asked most

▸ Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no contract, no membership and no sign-up fee. Order when you want meals, and don't when you don't — your account stays open either way.
▸ Can I pause or skip a week?
Yes. If you have a weekly repeat order running you can pause it, skip a single week or change the meals in it from your account, right up until the 2pm cut-off the day before delivery. Going away for a month? Pause it for a month.
▸ How does a weekly repeat order work?
Build a box you like, tick 'repeat weekly' at checkout, and we'll prepare the same box each week on the same delivery day. The menu rotates on a 6-week cycle, so we'll let you know when something in your box is coming off the menu and suggest the closest match.
▸ Are the meals frozen?
Never. Every meal is cooked fresh in our Melbourne kitchen, chilled, and delivered chilled. That is the whole point of the way we cook — the texture and flavour of a meal that was made this week, not last season.
▸ Can I freeze the meals at home?
You can. If your plans change, pop a tray in the freezer on the day it arrives rather than letting it sit in the fridge, and thaw it in the fridge overnight before reheating. Meals eaten fresh within the use-by date will always taste best.
▸ What if I have a dietary requirement?
A large part of the menu is gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, low salt or diabetic friendly, and every meal is labelled with its dietary codes and full ingredient and allergen list. If you have a requirement we haven't covered, give us a call — we cook for aged care and hospitals, so unusual requirements are familiar ground.
▸ How much do the meals cost?
Most main meals sit between $10.50 and $13.95, and soups from $8.50. Prices are shown on the menu page. There is no packaging surcharge and no subscription fee on top.
▸ Where do you deliver?
Right across Melbourne's north, from Brunswick and Coburg through Preston, Reservoir, Broadmeadows and out to Craigieburn and Epping. If you are just outside the zone, call us on 1300 728 762 — we can often work something out, and we also deliver in bulk statewide for care providers.
▸ Who delivers my order?
Our own refrigerated delivery run, not a courier network. The same drivers cover the same rounds each week, which is how we keep the meals cold and the delivery time predictable.
